02 – Back to the drawing board

After 2 days of market data crunching, I got a general view about the actual situation of the industry and the market.

It seems that the T2 market is good right now if you know what to build, and in addition of the previously learnt lessons I came up with the following strategy:

  1. Down scaling the manufacturing of bowheads until further notice.
  2. Build a list of reasonably profitable items for production rotations.
  3. Starting the manufacturing of T2 protective modules and T2 turrets and launchers.
  4. Staying close to Amarr hub for various reasons: relatively cheap basic materials, near systems with low industry tax and low competition in buy orders.
  5. Using a nearby T2 rigged Tatara for reactions.
  6. Using hauling services to ship to Jita and sell there.
  7. Restarting my refining business.
  8. Do some data analysis to find if it is doable to convert my PI business to produce robotics and support my T2 production operations.

On paper this plan looks great, but the reality could be a whole another story, let see.
