Installation Instructions:

  1. Download the installer and launch it.
  2. Inside the installer select or create an app install folder of your choice
    (ex. c:\EveGuru\App or d:\Tools\EveGuru\App)
  3. The installer launches EveGuru when the install is complete.
Important Tip: Avoid installing EveGuru inside the Windows Program Files folder for the auto-update feature to work smoothly.

Linux Version

AppImage Installation:

  1. Download and save EveGuruLinux-x86_64.AppImage to your preferred location
  2. Make the AppImage executable: chmod +x EveGuruLinux-x86_64.AppImage
  3. Run EveGuru (First Run Recommended in Terminal): ./EveGuruLinux-x86_64.AppImage
Upgrading from Install Script version:

Remember to point EveGuru to your existing data folder upon first launch.

Install Script Version (Legacy) Verified with Steam as non-Steam app with Proton 9.0-4

  1. Download the eveGuruInstaller.sh script
  2. Place the script in the folder where you want to install EveGuru
  3. Run the script and follow the instructions

OSX Version (with Wine)

Installation Instructions:

1. Install Wine

  • Install Wine via homebrew
  • Run in terminal: brew install wine-stable

2. Install EVEGuru

  1. Download the eveGuruInstallerV3.sh script
  2. Open Terminal and navigate to the download location
  3. Run the installer: bash eveGuruInstallerV3.sh

3. Run EVEGuru

  1. Navigate to the installation directory: cd eveGuruMain/eveGuruApp
  2. Launch EVEGuru with Wine: wine EveGuru.exe
